Aberlour regularly responds to consultations and calls for evidence from the Scottish and UK Governments, Parliamentary committees and other statutory bodies. Where appropriate, we work to ensure that the views of the children, young people and families who access our services are represented in our responses and submissions.
As an organisation, we also seek to contribute to national policy development by making representations to the committees of the Scottish Parliament and by working with each of Scotland’s political parties in the development of relevant sections in their election manifestos.
