This report forms part of an evaluation of four projects for the Aberlour Child Care Trust which were extended or set up with resources from the Scottish Executive’s Youth Crime Prevention Fund. This report focuses on Running - Other Choices (ROC) which provides a service to children and young people who have run away, or been forced to leave home, and specifically examines the development and operation of a residential refuge as part of this service.
