Rowan Steele joined Aberlour as Director of HR and Learning & Development in December 2007. Rowan is an HR professional and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development who has more than 10 years experience within the HR/L&D field. She has worked in both the public and private sector prior to joining Aberlour holdiing a range of line management, HR and consultancy roles. She has a keen interest in organisational development and the role of HRM in driving and delivering continuous improvement within organisations.
