All draft reports will be issued within 4 weeks of the completion of the assessment. They are usually between 60 - 80 A4 pages in length (with a 40 page summary version also provided), and contents typically include; aims and purpose of assessment, details of each area of focus, details of sessions, results of tools and techniques used, full profiles of each adult and child participating, conclusions and recommendations.
Draft reports are made available to referrers and parent(s) and all written comments are added into the report as an addendum before the final report is issued.
