Aberlour is excited to be opening two brand new services – Aberlour Glasgow Early Intervention Service and Glasgow Intensive Family Support Service this autumn.
Aberlour will be working in partnership with the Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership and other Third Sector providers to promote the wellbeing of children and young people by offering caring and responsive support, something which is now needed more than ever as a result of the COVID-19 crisis.
Our ambition is to help children, young people and families feel safe, confident, capable and included, offering support when it is needed, including evenings and weekends.
We are recruiting Family Support Workers to deliver these services. They will work directly with families to:
- Keep families together
- Build family skills and confidence
- Reduce isolation
- Encourage engagement with their communities
- Build resilience
- Promote positive health and wellbeing
We have a number of full and part time positions available and offer competitive terms and conditions.
This is your chance to join Aberlour – Scotland’s children’s charity to make a real difference to the lives of children, young people and families.
