Camino de Santiago Trek – Spain

Take on the classic Camino de Santiago experience – trekking the final 67km of the famous Camino Frances – the French Way. Starting in Palas de Rei, begin your three-day trekking adventure along this popular pilgrimage route. Trek through rolling green landscapes, traditional villages and picturesque woodlands on your way to Santiago, discovering local traditions and meeting fellow pilgrims along the way. Today the Camino is more than a pilgrimage, it is a remarkable journey and a unique experience. The final destination is the magical Santiago Old Town, a wonderful UNESCO World Heritage site, home to the stunning Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela!

The money you raise by taking part in this challenge for Aberlour will stop vulnerable children in Scotland suffering.

£500 could provide a shoulder to cry on. Whether it’s a violent home, the death of a loved one, or fear of the future all children need to talk to someone about what’s worrying them.

£1500 could fund a youth club. Here young people can find a safe place to make friends, talk to youth workers about what’s worrying then, and have fun.

£3000 could fund a weekend activity trip. Most young people we support have never seen the countryside. On a trip away they can meet new people, build up their confidence, and escape the pressures at home.
