The Spartan Race returns to Perth for it’s second year in a new location. Arguably the hardest OCR on the market, this race will test mental strength, endurance, grit and perseverance. With a Sprint (5km+), Super (13km+), Beast (20km+) and an epic Ultra (42km+) there really is something for all levels of athlete.
Our brand new Scottish venue sees Spartan Race come to the ancient and magnificent city of Perth. Known as the ‘Gateway to the Highlands’, there has been a settlement on the River Tay since prehistoric times. The race will offer a start in the very centre of the city, for the first time ever in the UK. Spartan Race runners will have the chance to run along crowd-lined streets, before heading out onto the hilly trails.
To begin the race, entrants will take in the beautiful and diverse architecture of the ‘Fair City’, before crossing the River Tay and heading out onto the steep Kinnoull and Deuchny Hills to experience breath-taking views whilst the energy drains from the legs.
