Our Recruitment Steps
Application Submission
- Browse our current job openings on our jobs portal.
- Submit your application online, ensuring you provide all required information and supporting documents.
Application Review
- Our HR team carefully review each application to identify candidates whose skills and experiences align with the job requirements.
- Shortlisted candidates will be contacted outlining the next steps.
Interview Process
- Selected candidates will be invited to participate in an interview. Interviews may be conducted in person, over the phone, or via video call.
- The interview will focus on your experience, skills, and alignment with Aberlour’s values and mission.
Assessment
- Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete additional assessments.
- These assessments help us understand your capabilities and how you might fit into our team.
References and Background Checks
- We will request references from your previous employers or other relevant contacts.
- Background checks, such as the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme, will be conducted to ensure the safety and well-being of the children and families we support. Please be mindful that completion of this can take two weeks and can affect your starting date and has to be completed again even if you're currently registered.
Job Offer
- Successful candidates will receive a formal job offer, including details about the role, salary, and benefits.
- We will provide all the necessary information to help you transition smoothly into your new position.
