Our team brings together experience, compassion, and a genuine commitment to helping families find the support they need. Whether you’re looking for guidance, practical help, or simply someone to talk things through with, we’re here to walk alongside you. Below, you can meet the people who make FACCS the friendly, approachable service it is today.
Billy Morrison
Assistant Service Manager
Hi, I’m Billy and I’m the Assistant Service Manager for Aberlour’s Family Advice and Community Connections Service (FACCS). I joined Aberlour in August 2024, in advance of FACCS officially launching in September 2024. I’ve worked in social care since 2006, mainly working for charities supporting children, young people and families.
Interests/ hobbies: I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening and watching a good movie or series.
Fun fact: I have a pet newt called Nora who is 39 years old.

Clara Cromar
Family and Community Support Worker
Hi, I’m Clara and I am a Family and Community Support Worker for Aberlour’s Family Advice and Community Connections Service (FACCS). I joined Aberlour in August 2024, in advance of FACCS officially launching in September 2024. I’ve worked with children and young people since 2004, most of my career has been with younger children, though I do have 2 teenagers myself.
Interests/ hobbies: I enjoy spending time with my family, walking, running, watching musicals and playing the piano
Fun fact: My dream holidays are going on an African safari and seeing a show on Broadway.

Darryl-Anne Miller
Family and Community Support Worker
Hi, I’m Darryl - Anne and I am the support worker for the western area of Perth & Kinross for Aberlour’s Family Advice and Community Connections Service (FACCS). I joined Aberlour in June 2026 and have been working in the charity sector for the past year. I really enjoy getting to know the people I support, building positive relationships, and helping them feel confident to achieve their goals and try new things.
Interests/ hobbies: Outside of work, I love spending time socialising with friends and I'm a huge fan of reality TV—if there's a new series out, chances are I'm already watching it!
Fun fact: I'm absolutely obsessed with the colour pink and make sure I wear or carry something pink every single day. It definitely brightens my day!

Delithea Denton
Family and Community Support Worker
Hi, I’m Delithea and I am one of the Family and Community Support Workers for Aberlour’s Family Advice and Community Connections Service (FACCS). I joined Aberlour in August 2024, and FACCS launched in September 2024. I previously worked with families and children under 5 for 27 years as an ECP, Nanny, Speech Therapy Assistant, and Post-natal Maternity worker. I also spent 3 years as an Early Year’s Family Learning Practitioner delivering groups like Peep, Bookbug, Eat Well Play Well, Play on Pedals and Incredible Years.
Interests/ hobbies: I love singing, crafts, and watching movies with friends and family.
Fun fact: I still have a VHS player… and it works!

Denise Melloy
Wellbeing Assessment Coordinator
Hi, I’m Denise and I am the Wellbeing Assessment Coordinator for Aberlour’s Family Advice and Community Connections Service (FACCS). I joined Aberlour’s FACCS team in December 2024, and it’s my first role with Aberlour. I have a background in healthcare as a staff nurse. I also worked in early education as an Early Childhood Practitioner. I volunteer when I can with Perthshire Woman’s Aid with their children and young people’s team.
Interests/ hobbies: My hobbies include crochet and reading (love a good crime novel!) to keep my brain healthy. To keep my old bones healthy, I love running and enjoy a bit of hill walking too.
Fun fact: I have climbed Ben Nevis. Did I enjoy it? Yes! Would I do it again? Absolutely not! 😊

Vicky Franks
Family and Community Support Worker
Hi I'm Vicky, and I am a Family and Community Wellbeing Worker (with a particular focus on minority communities) for Aberlour's Family Advice and Community Connections Service, (FACCS.) I joined Aberlour in 2026. Prior to this I worked in with children and families as a primary teacher for many years.
Interests/ hobbies: I love learning about different cultures and countries, spending time in the outdoors and playing games with my family.
Fun fact: I love my garden, but so do hundreds of greedy snails. I am gradually rehoming them via the wheely bin.
