A competitive salary
At Aberlour, we believe in fair pay for our employees. We make sure that you receive a competitive salary based on your skills, experience, and the work you do. Employees can move from the bottom to the top of their scale after just three years of service.
Holiday pay
Staff who work during Christmas and New Year get paid one and a half times their normal rate.
Pension plan
We care about our employees future financial security. Aberlour offers a Group Pension Scheme through Scottish Widows. We contribute 7% of your salary, which increases to 10% after five years. Staff can also choose to contribute extra from your salary.
Life assurance
We want to make sure our employees and their families are taken care of. All Aberlour employees have a life assurance policy that pays out three times their annual salary if something happens to them.
Healthcare support
Your health is important to us. You can set up a payment plan through our payroll system with Healthshield to help with medical expenses.
Family-Friendly Policies
We understand the importance of family, so we offer the following benefits:
- Enhanced Maternity and Adoption Pay: Eligible employees get full pay for 20 weeks, followed by half pay for 20 weeks.
- Paternity Leave: Partners can take four weeks of fully paid leave within the first 12 months after the birth or adoption of a child.
- Parental Leave: You can take 18 weeks of unpaid leave for each child.
- Shared Parental Leave: Eligible employees can split up to 50 weeks of leave after the birth or adoption of a child.
- Additional Leave: You can take time off for caring responsibilities, bereavement, or personal reasons.
