Family Support Service, Langlees Falkirk
We provide individual support to children and families affected by poverty, substance use, and disability. Support is provided in their own homes, in the community and/or in our Centre in Langlees. We also offer specific support to families affected by emotional, sexual, physical or domestic abuse.
How we help
We provide children and their families with services that promote and strengthen their ability to reach their full potential. We offer support based on the family’s individual needs, and this can include:
- Play Together, Learn Together sessions for children aged between 1 and 3 years
- Individual and group mental health and wellbeing support programmes for children and families affected by emotional distress
- Parenting skills support including routines setting
- Trauma Recovery Service for those affected by abuse
- 1-1 and Peer Support
We welcome families to the centre to seek support and advice. Referrals from professionals can be made by contacting the centre using the details below.
