Aberlour Routes Falkirk

At Routes Falkirk, we support young people aged 12–26 who are affected by a parent's, caregiver's, family member's or friend's drug or alcohol use. We offer free, confidential support that is completely voluntary and co-produced by young people themselves. You don't need a referral from a professional - just get in touch and we'll be there.

How We Help

We're here for you. Our dedicated youth workers take the time to build real, trusting relationships with the young people we support, giving you the space to talk, to be yourself, and to create positive experiences that stay with you.
Here's what we offer you:

  • One-to-one support: we give you a safe, confidential space to talk through anything on your mind, at your own pace and in your own time
  • Group activities: we connect you with peers who understand what you're going through, so you can make friends, have fun and feel less alone
  • Trips and outings: we take you on exciting adventures across Scotland, helping you build happy memories and positive experiences
  • A judgement-free space: we design everything we do with young people, for young people, because we believe you should always come first

We bring specialist expertise in trauma-informed practice, family-inclusive approaches, child protection and substance use, so when you're with us, you're in safe, caring hands.

With Routes you come first. We've got your back!
